O DT invites<\/strong>, or Technical Department invites<\/em>, is a very special project from Aleris<\/a> which aims to promote transparency, unity and recognition among all company departments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Created by Adriana Figueiredo<\/a>, our Technical Manager, the DT invites<\/strong> This is a periodic event where the entire company meets to understand what each department is doing, what has been developed and what achievements have been achieved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this way, all employees become more aware of their importance in the processes and how each person's collaboration contributes daily to\/with the success of Aleris. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this 2nd edition of DT Invita, the Technical Department presented the newest technological solutions developed<\/strong> and Marketing gave an overview of events held in 2023 <\/strong>(Atlanta, Serbia and Thailand). Furthermore, the concepts mentioned in the Aleris Academy<\/strong>, whose theme was \u201cRally of Regularities\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next edition is dated for the day August 25th<\/strong> and we are all very much looking forward to this meeting!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
