Cultron is Aleris' product specially formulated with yeast culture (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) fermented from corn derivatives and cane molasses in a controlled nutrient medium. This technological process maximizes yeast metabolic activity increasing the biological value of final product. As a result, Cultron provides a higher energetic content, mainly due leucine, valine and isoleucine that work as a substrate for ruminal bacteria degrading fiber.
